• Tourist Information Center

Opening in December, The Tourism Authority of Thailand Center located on the 1st floor at the Amarin Plaza, will offer tourists plenty of resources on how to navigate your way through the Kingdom of Thailand.  This Tourist Information Center provides shopping, dining, transportation, entertainment, and accommodation brochures for all tourists.  The knowledgeable and friendly tourist information representatives are highly trained and a great source to help you plan wonderful nation-wide daytrips or exotic excursions on your visit.  

• VAT Refunds

Visitors with tourist visas are entitled to refunds of the 7% value added tax (VAT) at any store displaying a "VAT Refund for Tourists" sign.  Participating stores will assist you in with the VAT refund process and any other questions you may have. Please note that VAT refunds forms cannot be completed without the following :

• Passport Information
• Purchase Receipts

To receive your VAT Refund, you must present all three documents and may also need to present purchased goods to VAT customs officers.

VAT refund values are dependent on the purchasing amount for multiple receipts.  Refunds may be in form of cash, bank draft, credited back to your credit card.

Many Ratchaprasong Vendors provide spacious parking structures that can accommodate hundreds of cars.  Equipped with drivers’ room with amenities, parking at Ratchaprasong is convenient and easy for all its guests.  Joint Parking allows visitors to park and validate parking at participating outlets.  Gaysorn offers covered parking available 24 hours a day with free parking on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
