TRANSPORT

Ratchaprasong is conveniently located in the heart of Bangkok's finest shopping district. Connected by the BTS Skytrain "Chitlom" Station and accessible from Siam via the Skywalk, find your way to Ratchaprasong with the greatest of ease. BTS Skytrain
BTS skytrain service has two railway lines: one from the northern bus terminal at Morchit to Sukhumvit Soi 77 (Soi Onnut). The other runs from the National Stadium (Patumwan Intersection) to Taksin Bridge at the end of Sathorn Road. At the Siam Center station, passengers can switch between lines.

Fare is between 10-40 Baht. BTS service hours is 0600:2400 hrs. Coming to
Ratchaprasong district, the nearest station to get off is Chitlom station. It is easily
connecting to Skywalk bridges.



Taxi
Regular taxicabs abound if you want a more flexible and comfortable way of getting around. The flagdown rate is 35 Baht, plus 2 Baht per kilometer traveled. Buses
The bus network within the metropolis is very efficient and economical. It is a wonderful way to tour the city inexpensively. Numbered buses ply specific routes. Free city maps available at BTS stations can help you get to places on a bus. Fare for regular buses is between 5 Baht and 6 Baht, and 10 Baht to 20 Baht for air-conditioned buses, while microbuses have a flat rate up to 20 Baht.


Water Buses
Water buses travel on established routes through the intricate canals system in the city. Fare depends on distance. There are piers near major commercial districts such as Sukhumvit and Pra-Tu-Nam. From Pra-Tu-Nam pier, it will take you 3-minute walk to Ratchaprasong district.
